The IAG Performance / Crest CNC Billet Aluminum EJ25 Case Halves are the same premium-grade case halves used in our cutting-edge Stage X Billet Short Block, which has revolutionized the Subaru performance tuning market by reinventing the EJ and addressing virtually every weakness that exists in max-power builds. The EJ25 Case Halves are engineered to eliminate case flex in high-power EJ builds, making it possible to reliably run at a power output rating of 1150+BHP. With features like radiused coolant and oil galleries to improve flow, a 4-bolt bottom end for added strength, and replaceable iron sleeves that make rebuilds easier, these case halves offer a rock-solid foundation to build upon.

The IAG Performance / Crest CNC Billet Aluminum EJ25 Case Halves are machined by Crest CNC (formerly Willall), renowned for their precision-machined billet aluminum engine blocks and components. With Crest’s proven track record of producing blocks that endure the rigors of high-output engines, these case halves provide an unbeatable foundation for those pushing the limits of performance.
NEXT-LEVEL INNOVATION
The IAG Performance / Crest CNC Billet Aluminum EJ25 Case Halves are engineered with numerous advanced features that enhance strength and reliability. The halves are precision machined from solid 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum billet and reinforced with Darton Ductile Iron Sleeves. An advanced hard anodized coating protects against marking and staining, while their enhanced strength and stiffness far surpass the stock case, making them an excellent choice for high-power builds. Additionally, increased material thickness has been strategically added in all known weak points, particularly around the head studs and bottom end location, enhancing the block's resilience.
Additional innovations featured in the IAG / Crest CNC Billet Aluminum EJ25 Case Halves include a unique 4-bolt bottom end design that provides extra strength and stability. The case's bolt threads are rolled, rather than conventionally cut, ensuring a solid grip on hardware. The halves also maintain full cooling system operations, while incorporating the use of radiused coolant and oil galleries for improved flow and less foaming and/or turbulence. Finally, the Case Halves feature compatibility with all factory engine bay ancillaries (i.e., AC/PS/etc.).
OPTIONAL IAG FIRE-LOCK SYSTEM: NO MORE HEAD GASKET WORRIES
The IAG Performance / Crest CNC Billet Aluminum EJ25 Case Halves can be machined to accommodate the optional IAG Fire-Lock system. Our proprietary "Fire-Lock" receiver groove machining is designed for compatibility with our IAG "Fire-Lock" Head Gaskets. This system has been proven in our record setting race cars to be the strongest Subaru head gasket system ever produced. To achieve these results, our engineers separated the combustion chamber sealing from the fluid sealing aspects of the head gaskets. Our machinists carefully machine a lip at the top of each cylinder to accept the "Fire-Lock" ring. With the ring locked in place, it stands firmly above the deck, providing a superior seal. The separate gasket bodies take care of sealing oil and coolant passages, while keeping them out of the combustion chamber. 14mm Head studs hold the assembly together. RETURNS
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days to inspect your shipment and contents. After that period, IAG is no longer responsible for missing items. You have 30 days to report any damaged or incorrect items, after that period IAG is no longer responsible for returns or exchanges. All stocking products are subject to a 30 Day return policy. The item(s), when approved for return, are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. Canceled orders may be subject to a 20 percent cancellation fee. All product returns require a return authorization number before being shipped back to IAG or the manufacturer. An “RMA” number is obtained by calling the IAG Support Desk at 410-840-3555 or emailing support@iagperformance.com. Some products may require shipping back to the manufacturer for inspection before a return or exchange may be processed. Some products may not be able to be returned. Products that have been modified or installed are not eligible for return. There are no returns or cancellations for Special Order/Made to Order items and Electrical Components (including the COBB Accessport). Items returned after the 30 Day return period without an RMA will be refused. Canceled service appointments with deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds take 30 days or less. Payments made by Credit Card or PayPal are returned back to the original account used during the transaction. There are no cash returns; we will issue a business check for the return of funds. Refunds are decided by the management and not by sales staff. IAG Performance Product Warranty (Excluding - Short Blocks / Long Blocks)
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. We limit the duration and remedies of all implied warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the duration of this express limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. The remedies described below are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for any breach of this limited warranty. Our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the product, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your IAG Performance Product for 12 Months or 12,000 Miles from the date of receipt.
IAG will repair any IAG Manufactured Product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship within the warranty period. If a repair is not possible, we will either replace your Product with a new Product of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price of your Product, at our sole discretion. There is no charge for inspection but the buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
